Plot:

The story of the series starts as Adam Reilly, a skinny and knock-kneed young guy, riding his bike fiercely into the woods that surround Knocknaree, a small town outside Dublin. While following his two close friends James and Peter, Adam desperately tries to keep up to their speed. 

The story takes a leap when Adam arrives at the clearing and notices that his friends have disappeared. The three boys go missing after the incident. After being resurfaced after a few days, Adam is the only one of the three found alive. He was found clinging to a tree, he was screaming like he was being censored.

Adam’s clothing was ruptured as his shoes and socks are coated in blood and his T-shirt scratched by something similar to a bear’s claws. Being triggered by the families of the still missing kids, Adam’s parents transfer him to a British Boarding School, where he encourages his headmaster to call him Rob to erase his old identity and his past. 

The further story is set during the height of the Celtic Tiger financial boom of the millennium. The series focuses on two murder investigations led by two amazing detectives- Detective Rob Reilly and Detective Cassie Maddox.
