Night Shyamalan comes a supernatural-themed movie with many twists named Knock at the Cabin. The story follows four strangers who hold their parents and their 7-year-old daughter hostage at the cabin. The movie is set in the time during the start of the Covid-19 pandemic and features two college students as they head to quarantine while the world shuts down. The two girls, along with their masks, gloves, and sanitizers, go on the road to set out against the pandemic. However, their plan faces a nightmare when a masked lunatic follows and attacks them at their cabin. It is a witty slasher movie that will surely grab your eyes. Infinity Pool Although Infinity Pool may seem gross and disturbing at some point, the actors do a fine job of making it worth watching the movie. It features a novelist on vacation with his rich wife. The husband, Jamie, meets a friend Gabi who, with her husband, Alban, plans a couple’s night out. However, during their time out, Jamie kills a local man, but he soon realizes the power of being wealthy and how they duplicate themselves and let a clone take death in their name. It may not be a movie for every house party but a great one if you are in a wild mood. Skinamarink Skinamarink is a nightmare starring a movie about two children, one of six years of age and her four-year-old brother. One day, the children wake up to find that their father is missing. Not only that, but strangely, all the windows and doors of the house vanished. So the duo set out to look for their father in the dark as voices call them from every which way. It is a scary movie that will scare even the toughest of minds, but that shouldn’t stop horror fans from reliving their childhood nightmare. Saint Omer Inspired by the events of documentarian Alice Diop when she attends the trial of a French child killer. The murderer does so by leaving her daughter to drown on the shore of Berck-sur-Mer, who was found lifeless the next day. The film features the novelist as Rama, four months pregnant, attending the trial for inspiration for her next writing piece. Saint Omer showcases a courtroom drama that poses difficult questions that makes the film about sympathy and humanity. It is a must-watch for documentary lovers and people with an interest in such drama-like movies.
