The Origin
The Clone Wars animated series was made with the attacks of Clones and Revenge of the Sith. It was well-known for those who have seen The Clone Wars.
They will be familiar with the Darksaber’s first appearance in the Mandalore’s second episode.
The weapon was owned by the Mandalorian terrorist group, which Pre Vizsla led.
George Lucas created the Darksaber for the show. It was as powerful as any lightsaber.
Dave Filoni was a creative figure. According to him, the dark saber holds immense significance for the Mandalorians. The simple idea led to the creation of Tarre Vizsla.
He curated a black-bladed lightsaber and was the first Mandalorian to initiate the Jedi Order.
House Vizsa used the same weapon long after his death. It symbolizes their leadership over Mandalore.
What to Know About Darksaber?
Tarre Vizsla was the first Mandalorian Jedi to use a darksaber.
It can get big powers from the feelings of those who use it. It’s an odd feature for a lightsaber.
Nobody knows why Vizsla’s sword is so special.
You should know that its handle is shaped like a square and black, which makes it look fancy.
When Tarre Vizsla passed away, the Jedi held onto his lightsaber.
The Mandalorians and Jedi clashed against each other.
The Armorer later discussed “Jedi wizards” in the last part of Mandalorian. The story in their history book talked about it.
The folks from House Vizsla took the dark sword away from the Jedi and later killed them using it.

The Darksaber led to lots of fighting in history.
But later on, the darksaber became a sign of pride and power for Mandalorians. It holds an immense importance.
The Clone Wars
During the Clone Wars, House Vizsla had the Darksaber.
Before Vizsla, the boss of House Vizsla did not like how peaceful Duchess Satine ruled Mandalore.
He showed the Darksaber to Obi-Wan Kenobi and Maul, trying to bring back warrior ways of Mandalore.
When he saw the Darksaber, Obi-Wan Kenobi said it was taken from the Jedi Temple long ago during a big fall in old times.
This sword won against lots of Jedi.
In a show called “Shades of Reason” from The Clone Wars series, Maul killed Pre Vizsla and took the Darksaber for himself. He then became the boss.
Maul used the Darksaber for bad things, even killing someone important to Obi-Wan Kenobi.
He also used it in fights against Darth Sidious, General Grievous, and Mace Windu in the comic series called Darth Maul’s Son from Dathomir.

The Darksaber’s history is full of lies, killing, and fighting. Mandalore and its people will only get stronger with it again.
We still hope that the Star Wars Mandalorian darksaber will be in Mandalorian Season 3.
