Fans of the manga-turned-anime series have been waiting eagerly for new episodes to release. However, the current global crisis has affected the release date for Part 6.

‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’ is a manga series created by famous Japanese manga artist Hirohiko Araki.
The manga was published in the Weekly Shōnen Jump from January 2000 to April 2003. If we count by volumes, ‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’ can become the second-largest manga series sold worldwide. Its popularity earned it an anime adaptation of the same name.
Produced by David Productions, ‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’ anime series currently has four seasons with five parts. The first season consisted of the first two parts before following up with one part for the next three.
Season one was a significant hit and was beloved by the fans. It currently has an IMDb rating of 8.5/10. TV’s success indeed does justice to the manga series since it’s equally awesome and popular.
The show first aired in Japan on October 5, 2012, and continued until April 5, 2013. It later went overseas in 2016 when it started airing in the United States. Due to its popularity among anime lovers, the show was granted its 5th season and parts of a new manga series.
‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’: Updates from David Production
During last year’s Anime Expo 2019 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, a team at David Production discussed the anime series. The group talked about how much effort they put into Part 5: Golden Wind.
They said that they traveled to many locations throughout Italy to get a good feel of the area.
When asked about Part 6, the only thing the David production team would say is that Stone Ocean’s release will depend on the fans supporting the current TV show. Since the show has a legion of fans, we’d like to say that it’s ago. Some reports have also claimed that Part 6 is already in the works.
‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’ Part 6: Plot
The 5th part of the show featured Giorno Giovanna’s aspirations of rising within the mafia by overthrowing the nemesis. The 6th part will focus more on the show’s character, Jolyne Cujo, the girl from Jotaro.
Jolyne’s father, Jojo, gives her an important amulet containing the Sandstone. This amulet will protect her from danger. She then bumps into a series of challenges while trying to unlock the Sandstone.
‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’ Part 6 follows Jolyne as she fights Dio Brando’s crazed disciples. Stone Ocean also changes location from Giorno Giovanna’s home country of Italy to Florida’s sunny state in the U.S.
Jolyne must overcome every obstacle as it will lead her closer to opening her father’s amulet.
With a promise of more twists and action-packed adventures, fans of the show will be in for a treat when part 6 releases. The hype will undoubtedly live up to expectations.
‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’ Part 6: Cast of Characters
Every fan of ‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure knows that every season features a new character for them to know and love.
The 6th part of the show is no different. Although there haven’t been official names announced, fans can still expect to see new characters in the upcoming episodes.
Jolyne Cujo, the protagonist of Stone Ocean, leads the way for returning characters of the show. Along with her is Enrico Piccu, the main antagonist of Stone Ocean.
Ermes Costello, a close friend of Jolyne, is also returning to the show. She was last seen sentenced to prison for eight years due to armed robbery. She’s expected to remain in jail in the upcoming 6th part.
Other characters in part 6 include Emporio Alnino, Jotaro Cujo, F.F., Narciso Anasui, Donatello Versus, Ungalo, Kenzou, and much more. Since it’s an anime, there won’t be any delay in introducing new characters. So keep your eyes peeled for all the information in the coming months.
‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’ Part 6: Release Date
Even though the anime series was given the green light for a fifth season, we still don’t have enough information nor official updates regarding its release.
Right now, everything you hear that is not from the producers is purely speculation. But what we do know for sure is that it’s going to happen sometime in the future.
With the world dealing with the raging COVID 19 pandemic, we can expect the release date to set back a year or two from now. We will also have to find official news on the release date. The following information will also be needed if what we expect about the new season is accurate and correct.
The producers have yet to release any information regarding the show. No official announcement has also been made via social media or any other news platform. For now, take any news update on ‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’ with a grain of salt.
