Kesha hails from Los Angeles, California, and was born on March 1, 1987. Her mother Rosemary Patricia Pebe Sebert was a singer who co-wrote for Joe Sun in 1987. Her mother, Rosemary, hails from German and Hungarian descendants and was a single mother.
