Early Life and Childhood

Simon Phillip Cowell was born on the 7th of October 1959 in Lambeth, London, England to Eric Phillip Cowell and Julie Brett.

His father worked as a music industry executive while his mother worked as a ballet dancer. He is also one of several children with one brother and other half-siblings.

During his childhood, Simon used to go to “Radlett Preparatory School” although he’s known to have a bad record due to how he often didn’t follow school rules. This resulted in him being constantly reprimanded for bad behavior but still managed to finish school.
